Unbeknownst to the military, this coding wirelessly spread from Go-Bot to Go-Bot, giving them a desire to bring harm to the humans. Concurrently, private entrepreneur, [[T. Coriander Banks]] hired a scientist to increase the bloodlust on several Go-Bots so he could pit them against one another in gladiatorial combat. When the military coding reached the underground fighters, the Go-Bots rose up against their organic creators.
