However, while Duke went back to the military, the Commander built something new. Duke rejects this notion, at which point the Commander fully activates the [[Brainwave Scanner\|Brainwave Bomb]]. After explaining its effects, Duke orders Cobra Commander to shut it down, but the Commander tells him the only way to do so is to kill [[Doctor Venom\|Doctor Monev]].
