[[Arcee (G1)\|Arcee]] prepares drinks, [[Jazz (G1)\|Jazz]] takes charge of the entertainment, [[Perceptor (G1)\|Perceptor]] and [[Ratchet (G1)\|Ratchet]] make decorations, [[Wheeljack (G1)\|Wheeljack]] sneaks a suspiciously alive-looking present into the gift pile, [[Elita One (G1)\|Elita One]] and [[Prowl (G1)\|Prowl]] bake cookies, and [[Grimlock (G1)\|Grimlock]] serves as the waiter. [[Optimus Prime (G1)\|Optimus Prime]] is happy the Autobots are so excited for the holidays, which naturally means [[Megatron (G1)\|Megatron]] and his [[Decepticon]]s promptly show up to wreck the party. Optimus tries to talk Megatron down by mentioning [[Santa Claus]] won't visit him if he keeps being naughty, but Megatron is having none of it and opens fire on the Autobots. Disappointed that Megatron insists on hurting others even on Christmas day, Optimus rallies his troops to fight back! The Decepticons are soon defeated and disarmed, tied up on the Christmas tree to serve as ornaments so they can reflect on their actions while the Autobots party.

			The Decepticons are in an understandably foul mood as the Autobots exchange their presents, but Megatron suddenly finds himself untied – Optimus offers him an Energon drink and suggests the two factions stop fighting on Christmas at least. After a tense pause Megatron begrudgingly accepts, calling a truce just for one day. Soon the Autobots and Decepticons are mingling peacefully together and enjoying the holiday festivities to the fullest... all except [[Starscream (G1)\|Starscream]], who remains tied up on the tree even as he screams to be let down!
