Hot Shot remarks upon Shockwave's various feats, including his usurpation of leadership of the Decepticons from [[Megatron (G1)\|Megatron]]; the creation of [[Jetfire (G1)\|Jetfire]] and [[Devastator (G1)\|Devastator]]; and taking out nearly all the Autobots with one blast. Shockwave point out he also possessed the [[Matrix of Leadership\|Creation Matrix]] for a period of time. Hot Shot is unimpressed, pointing out that multiple people have managed to steal or posses the Matrix, from other Decepticons, various aliens, and even a [[Buster Witwicky (G1)\|human teenager]]; anyone who plans to is practically bound to succeed. Shockwave protests, pointing out that he was unable to re-obtain the Matrix from the teenager, and when Hot Shot says that sounds ~~said~~, claims that the drills operate slowly, and he was unable to see the operation to conclusion. Hot Shot ignores this, claiming that it's easy to do so; just run up to [[Optimus Prime (Armada)\|Optimus]], tell him his shoes are untied, and yank it out while he's distracted. To prove his point, Hot Shot goes off, and returns as Shotimus Prime, re-titling his show ''Shotimus Prime's Interviewy Times''. Shockwave is baffled by the illogicality and Hot Shot's stumped as well. After all, Prime doesn't have shoelaces!
