While they succeed, the map does not lead to the stockpile of [[proton energy]] they had expected, and the two [[Clone (subgroup)\|Clones]] remain low-ranked Decepticons even as Galvatron and [[Scorponok (G1)\|Scorponok]] are defeated. Ten years later they return to the [[Pirate Planet]], believing there's more to the pirates' pyramid than they saw during their first visit, and find a hidden basement containing an interdimensional portal.
