Despite being attacked by Magmar's followers (from whom they were saved by [[Boulder (GoBots)\|Boulder]]'s [[Go-Lems]]) and [[Zebediah Braxis\|Professor Braxis]]' army of [[Vamp]]s before they found the artefact and [[Courageous]]. Leader-1 then prepared to face down Zod, only for [[Cy-Kill (GoBots)\|Cy-Kill]] to race in and snatch the Lazer Lance from his grasp and snap it over his knee. However, the Go-Lems then arrived and dropped both Cy-Kill and Zod into a chasm in the ground; Leader-1 resolved to destroy the beast anyway, joined by Turbo, Scooter, [[Spay-C]] and [[Screw Head]].
