Notably, LEGO doesn't ''actually'' call it a tank on the box, simply describing it as a "Megatron Vehicle" instead (the previous two LEGO ''BrickHeadz'' sets, [[Optimus Prime (G1)/toys#BrickHeadz\|Optimus Prime]] and [[Bumblebee (G1)/toys#BrickHeadz\|Bumblebee]], respectively called their vehicle builds "Optimus Prime Truck" and "Bumblebee Car" on the packaging), but of course, it's not exactly ambiguous what this unspecificed "vehicle" is. The transparent rounded bottom plates below the alternate mode seem to suggest that he is a hover tank, which does fit into the more sci-fi motif of other LEGO tanks...
