	~~{{Epstub}}~~		The recruits run an obstacle course to reach [[Tough Luck Chuck]] trapped under a pile of rubble. They break out their power-up tools and successfully rescue Chuck however [[Heatwave (RB)\|Heatwave]] has a new test of them — an exercise in which they can't use their new tools at all. He takes the recruits out on a boat to the middle of the sea where there's a sunken ship carrying toxic waste which they need to recover before they rupture. The recruits dive in and reach the boat, however the openings by the barrels aren't large enough, so they realize they'll have to go in through the boat. Their weight causes the ship to break free of its anchor and tip towards the crevasse it's sitting on the edge of, and a collapse cuts off their path to the waste.

			Lamenting that their power-up tools would be very useful, the recruits resolve to hold to the challenge, until [[Medix (RB)\|Medix]] announces he's worked out the only logical way to successfully complete the mission is to fail the challenge and use the tools. Breaking out their tools, they cut their way to the barrels and [[Hot Shot (Prime)\|Hot Shot]] picks one up, only for a passing shark to cause him to drop it. Four of the barrels crash out of the stern of the ship, and [[Whirl (RBA)\|Whirl]] and Medix give chase into the crevasse, retrieving them.

			The barrels are soon all secured on the boat on the surface. The recruits admit they failed the challenge by using their tools, but Heatwave is happy the barrels were retrieved. They're called to another rescue in [[Griffin Rock]], as [[Jerry (RB)\|Jerry]] has managed to get his truck lodged halfway off a mountain road. Arriving, the recruits immediately break out their tools, only to Medix to point out they can save the truck without using their tools. Hot Shot's grandstanding with his combicannon accidentally makes the situation worse, but the recruits are able to pull the truck back onto the road. When Heatwave thanks Jerry, the recruits realize the rescue was the second half of the test. Heatwave explains there was never any danger and the recruits have learned to use their tools appropriately.
