Magnus awakens and, recharged blade in hand, renews his attack with gleeful abandon, already making plans to use the sword to resume his plans—after he uses it to obliterate his enemies. Mammoth's forces are sent scattering by the huge energy-arcs the blade flings at them, and the Origin Matrix is sent flying. Pinned beneath rubble, Mammoth thinks all is lost... until suddenly, a hand reaches down to pick the Matrix up.
