Deciding that the Autobots' friendship with the humans is what is preventing the Decepticon from achieving victory, Soundwave deploys [[Ratbat (ROTF)\|Ratbat]] and [[Buzzsaw (ROTF)\|Buzzsaw]]. The two Decepticons begin to wreck havok, as Soundwave intercepts any communications sent by the humans asking for Autobot aid. Relaying false information to Optimus and his troops, Soundwave sends the Autobots to an empty warehouse en-lieu of the battleground. Soundwave then sends a message to humanity, informing them that the Autobots have abandonned them, and commands them to surrender to Decepticon rule. Unwilling to believe his friends would abandon humanity, Sam goes to Bumblebee, and the two of them go to the remaining Autobots' location. Quickly deducing Soundwave's involvement, Optimus quickly defeats Ratbat and Buzzsaw. Optimus then asks the military to help them defeating Soundwave, and they self-destruct their hijacked satellite. In the battle's aftermath, the Autobots celebrate yet another victory over their enemies.
