Finding a mysterious glowing gateway there, the voice tells Megatron to pass through it, promising him a powerful new energy should he do so. Megatron enters the gateway and emerges on the Earth of another dimension, where [[M. Bison]], leader of the criminal organization [[Shadaloo]], is battling [[Ryu]], [[Ken]] and [[Chun-Li]]. Bison reveals himself to Megatron as the source of the voice, and entices him with the potential of an alliance between Shadaloo and the Decepticons, promising to share his [[Psycho Power]] with him. Intrigued, Megatron agrees and scans Bison, gaining a new body and imbuing himself with Psycho Power, and Bison disappears.
