There's no "''Proceed on your way to oblivion''" entry on Obsidian's Toys section, but his Notes mention a '''''Mega''''' figure which didn't make it past pre-production. I think it's worthwhile to mention how show-accuracy was almost impossible given the 'magical' transformations on the show, which as far as I know are unique among transformers as not even paying attention to 'possibility.'

:: There's an obvious difference between simplifying the transformations for the sake of 1984 cell animation production values, and outright just morphing in 1999's CGI production values. That said, however, Beast Machines was hardly unique in having character models which bore little relation to their toy incarnations (look at the Stunticons, Rhinox, Dinobot, etc).
