Yet he used the term Autobot to refer to an anti-Senate movement. Really, the whole "what is an Autobot?" thing in the IDW-verse is a mess. It's clear from All Hail Megatron that the Autobots were supposed to be a faction that pre-dates the Great War by ~~millennium~~. Sentinel Prime and his security forces use the Autobrand, the Autobrand appears at the base of a statue of Nova Prime, etc...
