	:Not necessarily. They could have been built from scratch, but using Cybertonium from the same supply as that of the others. Or they could have had a new shell put around old internal components. 			Has anyone thought that on the episode Desertion of the Dinobots, that the Constructicons were the first Decepticons to receive Cybertonium via the space bridge? This could explain why they were fully functional when battling the Dinobots
