	:When Screamer's bringing his clones online during A bridge too close part 1, he's seen breaking off a small fragment of his own fragment, inserts it into Skywarp's empty spark conatiner, and Skywarp then comes online. Presumably, this is how he brought all of the clones online. They do have their own Allspark fragments...
