Cubes, goodies and sticks are their own things that play their own roles in plots, so I think they can have their own articles - cubes, if nothing else, I think ''must'', since their huge role in the original cartoon basically makes them how the uninitiated ''know'' energon. Crystals, I think, likewise have a big enough role in the plot of Beast Wars, and have enough properties of their own and enough stories sculpted around them that they can have an article of their own (especially since someone actually went to the trouble of already writing it in full!), as does gas in ''Energon'', which I have only touched on lightly here. Basically, I want this article to be a sort of "hub" for energon, talking about its different properties and its basic story role in the various fictions, with any great number of specifics about certain variants of it being handled in their own articles. Cubes, goodies and sticks are their own things that play their own roles in plots, so I think they can have their own articles - cubes, if nothing else, I think ''must'', since their huge role in the original cartoon basically makes them how the uninitiated ''know'' energon. The idea of not having an article called "Energon cube" seems disingenuous! Crystals, I think, likewise have a big enough role in the plot of Beast Wars, and have enough properties of their own and enough stories sculpted around them that they can have an article of their own (especially since someone actually went to the trouble of already writing it in full!), as does gas in ''Energon'', which I have only touched on lightly here. Basically, I want this article to be a sort of "hub" for energon, talking about its different properties and its basic story role in the various fictions, with any great number of specifics about certain variants of it being handled in their own articles. Imagine how huge this would become (and it's already big, and I'm not done yet!) if I wrote up all the stuff the energon gas was responsible for and how they stopped it and so on, or every energy source that got turned into an energon cube, or every time an energon crystal blew up... Mainly, I just want to make sure that all the ramifications are being thought out.
