I don&amp;#039;t feel that this assumption actually gels with what&amp;#039;s in the episode. Yes, Megatron is prone to hyperbole, but he&amp;#039;s looking at a readout on the screen, so why is he exaggerating the number that&amp;#039;s right in front of him? I agree with the spirit of the comment--a quadruped (even one with a rocket booster on it&amp;#039;s back) running at such a speed is absurd. However, that points to a fault in the writing, while the assumption that Megatron is exaggerating sounds more like fannish rationalization.
