	I admit it's subjective, but personally, I would rather have ''no'' article than an article that looks like this one did when it was created. I think marking awful stubs for deletion is reasonable. Yes, it would be even better to turn it into a real article. But that takes a lot more effort and whoever stumbles across the article might not have the time/inclination to do it. Simply marking an article for cleanup might not have any effect, and could leave the article languishing, in desperate need of attention, indefinitely. It was essentially nonexistant, any attempt to improve it would mean discarding '''everything''' that was there and creating a new article.
