		Payload has one job, and he does it no matter who gets in his way. He delivers whatever the Decepticons need, wherever they need it. His armor easily deflects laser fire, and his powerful frame smashes through any obstacle. This time, the obstacle is Autobot Ratchet. Payload laughs at the thought of the Autobot trying to stop him. He'll enjoy crushing the healer on the way to his goal

I understand that Payload is an armored truck, which is often used to transport money, but why would the Decepticons use money to buy the gear they need? I would imagine it would be almost just as simple to steal the equipment and supplies they need. The only way stealing money would make any sense would be that Payload obtains the money (by hoodwinking unsuspecting guards), lays low for a period of time, then uses the money to buy gear. 	As far as the Payload toy itself, it seems to be doomed as a pegwarmer (I got one, so I did my part).
