Similar to how we did one for IDW, this would be a pretty good way to bottom-line how Prime is a new continuity, and highlight the elements it takes from past ones.

From how far I've read through Exodus right now, the main transplanted things I see are:
*The War of the Primes, where Megatronus rebels and becomes the Fallen.
*The Golden Age of Cybertron, where a Galaxy Force style colonization occurs, but is eventually abandoned along with the space bridge network that drove it.
*The Elite Guard, the pre-war unit from which Sentinel (Zeta) Prime emerged.
*The AllSpark, and Bumblebee's facing of Megatron at Tyger Pax so that Optimus Prime could jettison it into space, at the cost of Bumblebee's voicebox.
