I'd say it's reason enough for the toy being listed on this page, but as the exclusivity of the toy isn't really known, other than a few leaks (nothing set in concrete), I'm not sure where it should be listed on the Kingdom toyline page at this time. Since it was found in a Toyworld in Aussie, I check both the Australian and New Zealand Toyworld websites but couldn't find anything. My local Toyworld here in NZ takes like 6 months to restock anything and most of the time it excludes Leader Class toys, so I've asked in a NZ Facebook group to see if anyone can spot it in their local Toyworlds.
