			:I don't have a deep commitment on the subject, and I'm not sure myself if the 'logic' of doing it tracks.
			:While I was editing I just found myself looking at the title and squinting, thinking ''Should that be decapitalized? No. Should it?'' and thought I'd run the idea past you guys since I can't quite put my finger on how I feel about it.
