I don't see how the name implies much of anything, and I don't think there is a basis for saying it's likely as powerful as the Requiem Blaster. "phenomenal cosmic powers" and "Nearly-Cosmic powers" are funnier, as that's what Aladin's genie used to describe his diferent power levels.

The Bios state that the Minicon team is among the most powerful of them all, but it is admittedly a bit of an interpretation to assume that the combined blaster is therefore one of the most powerful weapons of all. Of course, that would break a trend, wouldn't it? - [[User:Vanguard|Vanguard]]
