As for the advert (for which the linked recording on YouTube happens to be mine), I thought I remembered it showing slides that were stills of the tetra jets from the beginning of MTMTE part 1, and thus assumed both the cartridge and the aforementioned reels were likely of the same stills from MTMTE.
