	: I think it's too much of a stretch given that a) Vigilem was explicitly asleep for the entire Ascenticon crisis, having only been woken up specifically to carry out the Tether mission, and b) it's pretty clear that his mind is very far gone, to the point where it could be argued that he doesn't really know what he's doing or why. I don't have the issue in front of me, but I think Slipstream even says that Vigilem is loyal to "the cause" or something to that effect.
