The Dinosaur had a teleportation system to bring crew members from the ship planetside and back. There were two restrictions. The first was that the system couldn't process Angolmois Capsules, so the Predacons had to bring those on board manually. The second was that the ship was under the direct control of DNAVI and she could choose not to teleport someone if she didn't like them or if they didn't abide by her rules well enough. Sling in particular got hit by this second restriction. The Dinosaur had a teleportation system to bring crew members from the ship planetside and back.
