Spotting a restraining bolt, they blast it, allowing [[Cosmos (ES)\|Cosmos]] to eject Fairmaestro and transform to robot mode. Cosmos does, to his credit, catch Fairmaestro and dump him safely in the dunk tank, where Agent Schloder arrests the villain, though Fairmaestro successfully escapes with the help of a smoke bomb. The Maltos introduce themselves to Cosmos and fill him in on recent events, Twitch again tries to win at balloon darts but is thwarted by the imminent closure of the fairground, and Robby tracks down his new friend to get her name — Isobel or [[Izzy]] for short. The resulting surge of emotion from the encounter leaves the rest of the Maltos reeling. A chase through the fairground ensues, with the Maltos attempting to use the various rides and sideshows to evade Fairmaestro until finally the villain slaps [[restraining bolt]]s on Twitch and Thrash, and seals Mo in a force field. He decides to add the two Terrans to his collection. Elsewhere, Robby and his new friend spot that the Cosmic Thunder line has thinned out, and head over to go on the ride. His attempts to find out her name are thwarted by the PA system's announcements.
