Hoist cautions everyone to be extremely careful as the mine will be unstable. They reach the mine, and Hoist supplies the three Dinobots with nose-flashlights. They charge into the mine, and Hoist suggest they split into teams to search, however Sludge immediately steps in some mine carts and ends up carried off. Snarl, not wanting to be left behind, does the same. Grimlock observes the increasing amount of falling debris as the mine becomes more unstable, shortly before the other two Dinobots crash into him. Hoist catches up with them, and he and Grimlock decide they should evacuate from the mine before there's any more damage. The other two Dinobots are determined to go on and start trying to break their way through the blocked tunnel ahead. Grimlock orders them to stop, just as they strike energon. Unfortunately it's at this point that the mine collapses.
