[[Optimus Prime (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity\|Optimus Prime]] is slain in a devastating attack on the [[Autobot City (G1)\|Autobot base]]. [[Megatron (G1)/Generation 1 cartoon continuity\|Megatron]] is reformatted into Galvatron by the [[Unicron/Generation 1\|Space Destroyer Unicron]]. Unicron and Galvatron are both slain in the [[Unicron War]]. Galvatron is revived on [[Chaar]] in the year [[2010]]. The [[Headmaster (technology)\|Headmaster]]s arrive to Earth in the year [[2011]].
