After the creation of [[Twitch]] and [[Thrash (ES)|Thrash]], [[Robby Malto|Robby]] and [[Mo Malto|Mo Malto]] sneaked them back to the barn and gave them copies of the ''Transformers'' comic stored there to read so they could learn how to be Transformers. Mo had the idea of going into the [[Chaos Dome]], erected over a portion of [[Witwicky (town)|Witwicky]], and retrieving the issue from a [[Ultramega Comics & Collectables|comic store]] there. The mission did not go off without a hitch, as [[Shockwave (ES)|Shockwave]] managed to snatch the issue off her and held it hostage to try to force her to release the Decepticons from the dome, until [[Bumblebee (ES)|Bumblebee]] beat [[Breakdown (ES)|Breakdown]] at a race. {{storylink|The Need for Read}} On meeting [[Prowl (ES)|Prowl]], Robby noted that he preferred the Autobot's personality in the comics. {{storylink|No Soldier Left Behind}}
