			i agree that some of the lamest caracters reciver ranks or stats they didnt deserve and that there screwed up but as long as there cannon they are leaders even if you dont like it if you want to make the decepticon accurate you'd have to break down the list into supreme commanders, support command, group leaders, and team leaders. for instance g1 megatron was a supreme commander and bw megatron was a group leader and considered a rogue criminal by the true predacon leaders. its been a long time since i read up on robot masters, so im know longer up on his status. alot of the leaders after g2 were group leaders and not supreme commanders or, support command. for instance g1 starscream was a member of megatrons support command groupleader of the seekers and the combatacons and team leader of the seekers.

			the rank says 10 and the function says leader i realize that he is only supposed to be a team leader but on the techspec even though everybody thinks windrazor doesn't work with these stats he is a ridiculously powerful decepticon leader even if only as a toy. the techspecs are cannon even though they may be in error.

			starscream animated was an ineffective leader he was strong enough to make them obey occasionally until megatrons rebuild. he then built a squadron he was the leader of.
