Many of your fellow editors use the [[Special:Recentchanges|recent changes]] page pretty much ''constantly'' to keep track of what everybody is doing. When you make ten tiny edits all in a row, it makes the recent changes page messy and harder to read. Instead of hitting the "Save page" button, please use "Show preview" instead. You can make as many incremental changes as you like that way, but it won't actually ''save'' anything until you are done and hit "save page". Previewing is recommended for almost all edits, but especially when you are going to be changing a lot of things. For example, I messed up the link to the recent changes page but caught it when I tested the link in a preview, saving me from having to re-edit the page and make the correction. --[[User:Steve-o|Steve-o]] 18:51, 7 July 2007 (UTC)

Several editors have complained to me about a number of your edits. I haven't really gotten a chance to look over them extensively, but I think I've got the gist of it, so I'm going to be blunt here: you should refrain from adding jokes to articles until you've spent some more time here. We do indeed pride ourselves on having a sense of humour, but I don't think you've quite gotten a feeling for what's accepted here yet, and it would be for the best if you stuck with just adding actual content until you do.
