Because Flatline likes blowing up Autobots, his Morgul Heavy Grenade Launcher has Structural Shock S-tech. This technology wipes out any boosts the Autobots have on their hulls, and creates persistent interference in their systems which prevents them from applying any more boosts. That makes them easier to explode.
