Lei Changxi (雷长喜 Léi Chángxǐ, ???, 1926 - April 26, 1991) was a Chinese actor and voice actor. Before his career in dubbing, he was a linguistic lecturer in Shanghai Theatre Academy. In 1981, Shanghai Film Dubbing Studio redubbed the 1970 Japanese television series Sanshiro Sugata for release on Shanghai Television Station, with Lei engaged as a voice actor. Then he started his actor and voice actor career in Shanghai Television Station and Shanghai Film Dubbing Studio. In 1988, he became one of the Chinese voice actors in The Transformers cartoon, and was known as the Mandarin dub voice of Peter Cullen. Besides, he also dubbed Robotech as the Mandarin voice of Henry J.
