Dynomic is a weapons manufacturing company in league with Skywatch. Together with Allodyne Logic Systems and Darkmatter Logic, they're responsible for inventing Skywatch's crash suits.

[edit]Colonel Horiuchi had loyalists in Dynomic who secretly helped design the badges he needed for his plan to control the Autobots. Skywarp later raided a Dynomic installation in search of the same technology, which he needed for a weapon designed to cripple all Autobots on Earth in a single stroke.
