:: I think it runs the risk of over-categorizing things. Not that there aren't a ton of entries that would be relevant... but I dunno. It feels like if you do that, you might as well open up Categories for, say "Die-Cast Parts" or "Has Electronics", and that feels silly to me. ::: Well, I don't know.  Categories like 'Autobots' or 'Seekers' are useful, for sure, since you can click on it & bring up a list, then navigate from there.  The question, I guess, is whether the likelihood of people doing this with a given category balances with the cost of having it.  (in editing, updating old pages, etc.) Occasionally it may be useful to have a 'redeco' category -- I can envision people wanting to see which molds were redeco'd in a given line --[[User:Autobus Prime|Autobus Prime]] 17:37, 12 May 2006 (UTC)

We did get rid of it once before. I don't have a strong opinion on it, though. --ItsWalky 05:21, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
I think it runs the risk of over-categorizing things. Not that there aren't a ton of entries that would be relevant... but I dunno. It feels like if you do that, you might as well open up Categories for, say "Die-Cast Parts" or "Has Electronics", and that feels silly to me. And not the good silly. --M Sipher 05:40, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
I'm actually of the opinion that we have too many categories as it is. But I've been reducing my involvement, anyway, so I don't expect to make a big deal one way or the other.--G.B. Blackrock 17:21, 12 May 2006 (UTC)
Well, I don't know. Categories like 'Autobots' or 'Seekers' are useful, for sure, since you can click on it & bring up a list, then navigate from there. The question, I guess, is whether the likelihood of people doing this with a given category balances with the cost of having it. (in editing, updating old pages, etc.) Occasionally it may be useful to have a 'redeco' category -- I can envision people wanting to see which molds were redeco'd in a given line --Autobus Prime 17:37, 12 May 2006 (UTC)

I feel like Glasspit should be a separate page from Greasepit. Any agreement? --Andrusi 23:54, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
