Takeshi Aono (青野 武 Aono Takeshi, June 19, 1936-April 9, 2012) was a Japanese veteran voice actor who was affiliated with Aoni Production. In terms of anime and video games, some of his better known roles included Shirō Sanada in Space Battleship Yamato, Kami and King Piccolo in the Dragon Ball series, Rihaku in Fist of the North Star, Katsuhito and Nobuyuki Masaki in the Tenchi Muyo series, Dakuan in Ninja Scroll, Dracule Mihawk in One Piece, Roy Campbell in the Metal Gear franchise, Muramasa in the Ninja Gaiden franchise and Dr. Wily in several Mega Man games for the Playstation.
