Discharge is a skilled sports player from the time before Autobots and Decepticons. They play to win, and they play for Polyhex's Cube team.

[edit]During the period before the outbreak of the Great War, one of the most popular sports on Cybertron was Cube. One year's World Championship match was held between the Iacon and Polyhex teams; Discharge was among the six players for Polyhex, and scored a point early on in the game.
