The Quintesson Bailiff character model as it was used in the original article. This image is fan-colored, drawing from a poor DVD master of the movie, which eventually led to a case of citogenesis when Hasbro used this very wiki as a reference while creating a toy for the character in the War for Cybertron Trilogy toyline. The resulting figure ended up in these colors, which are inaccurate to the original cartoon model.

Because such photos are created specifically to promote toys, products or events, TFWiki.net asserts that an implicit public license exists for them. TFWiki.net further asserts that because such photos can be reasonably assumed to represent that product in the best possible light, TFWiki.net's general preference for using such images to illustrate those products constitutes an act of good faith.
Regardless the above, TFWiki.net's use of promotional images to document and illustrate a product or character on TFWiki.net would always fall under the fair use provision of United States copyright law. See Copyrights.
