Fiction
[edit]Marvel The Transformers comics
[edit]Hopper appeared exclusively in the UK portion of the Marvel Comics continuity.

When their own world was threatened by a rift in time and space in 2008, the Quintessons made plans to invade Cybertron. Their first action was to travel to Earth, where they launched a surprise attack on Autobot City. Hopper was one of the first to respond to their sudden appearance, and seconds later became one of the first to be blasted down by them. Hopper was not seen again. Space Pirates!
Notes
[edit]- Many generic Autobots appear in the early part of this issue. In death, this generic Autobot has a name. His name is Hopper.
- According to "Fooled By Space Pirates" (a German text story retelling parts of "Space Pirates!"), Hopper has a flight capable alternate mode. Of course, given the many strange mistakes and misunderstandings of the source material that Transformers Comic-Magazin was prone to, feel free to take this with a grain of salt.
