[edit]Doctor Turgenova developed sorium, prompting Cy-Kill to steal it and use it to power a pulsar generator to hypnotically dominate everyone on Earth.
Later, she became the Soviet Union's coordinator in UNECOM's Space Hawk project. The Renegade BuggyMan abducted her and brought her back to the Renegades' base, where her knowledge on the project was extracted via the brainstormer. Cy-Kill then decided to use her as bait for the Guardians, deliberately allowing Spy-Eye to get a glimpse of her being transferred to the Renegades' temporary base on the dark side of the Moon.
