[edit]After Perceptor cured the Decepticons of their Cosmic Rust, Megatron repaid him by using him as a trap. Locked in his alternate mode, Perceptor was placed in Fox Creek Canyon, with a bomb which would be ignited by the sun's rays focusing through his lens at noon. Megatron then let Optimus Prime know where Perceptor was. [edit]Fox Creek was a canyon located somewhere in rural Oregon, close to the crashed Ark. Owing to its remote location, the Autobots often used Fox Creek as a testing ground. While visiting the canyon, the Decepticons once ambushed Perceptor, trapped him in his alternate mode, and wired him to an explosive device, but the other Autobots were able to save him.
