Always dedicated to his friends and the cause, C.L. doesn't hold back in using his ballistic mode to prove anything can be done.[1]

Prime C.L. serves as the basis for Earth Wars C.L.
- Released in the first wave of the main TakaraTomy Prime toyline, C.L. transforms from a humanoid robot into an over-sized version of Cliffjumper's in-show triple-barreled cannon. He has numerous 5 mm posts and holes that allow him to combine with other Arms Microns to form any number of combined weapons.
- He was only available packed in with Cliffjumper, coming out of the package as a bunch of unpainted parts on runners, like a model kit. His extra deco is provided by customer-applied foil stickers on a sheet he shares with Optimus.
- This mold was also used to make Rain.
