[edit]Sunstorm is a member of the Rising Sea, and was present when Flamewar drunkenly eulogized their recently-deceased captain Cannonball. Like the rest of his crew, Sunstorm continued to serve under Flamewar and Slipstream. Shattered Glass II #4

- His deco layout appears to be inspired by Universe Sunstorm, who made an appearance in Fun Publications' Shattered Glass prose story "Coalescence". Except... that Sunstorm wasn't a mirror-universe character, but rather a visitor from a normal, positive-polarity universe.
