Ground Shaker is an Autobot Ultra Pretender. Not much else about him is known.

Optimus Prime had to lecture his forces on the names of all known Autobots and Decepticons, including Ground Shaker. "By their Blasters you shall know them ...!"

When the Autobots in the Ark were contacted by future leader Rodimus Prime to inform them that Optimus Prime had been kidnapped, Ground Shaker mobilised the Autobots to search for their missing leader.

Ground Shaker and his comrades were ambushed by Decepticon Action Masters during their search, which scared Ground Shaker quite a bit. He, along with the other Pretenders and the Micromaster Combiners, stormed the Decepticon base and rescued Prime. The Case of Optimus Prime

• Ground Shaker's only appearance is in the above text story. He is said to be an Ultra-Pretender. Is this Groundshaker the Micromaster having gained a Pretender shell (unlikely, Micromasters have never been individually named in the text stories), Skyhammer misnamed (though Skyhammer had appeared as 'Skyhammer' in previous stories), Groundbreaker (very unlikely since he was not on sale in Germany and the writer would not have been aware of him), or a new character? For the purposes of the wiki, and for the reasons given, he will be classed as a new character until Condor Verlag publish more Transformers fiction to clear up this conundrum!
• In issue #12, Ground Shaker is mentioned as the Autobot Ultra Pretender whilst Skyhammer is the Decepticon one! While this could be an error, Ground Shaker is running about in issue 16 doing a lot of Autobot things, and we saw Skyhammer as an Autobot in issue 9. Did Skyhammer later defect due to the Autobots' disapproval of flying alternate-modes? Does this also mean that Ground Shaker is a redeco of Roadblock?
• As an Ultra Pretender, Ground Shaker would have had a (presumably) humanoid Pretender shell that could transform, and a larger vehicle shell that it would fit into. We don't know what he would have turned into, though one can expect that at least one of these vehicle modes would shake the ground. Given the Autobot's dislike of flight modes in this continuity, it is unlikely he would fly like his fellow Ultra Pretender Skyhammer.
