Tarn's latest exercise craze.

Transform-ups, alternately known as mode drills, are a military exercise drill. They involve the Transformer being forced to lie in a prone position and rapidly transform to and from their alternate mode. Generally enforced en masse as a punishment for misbehaving Autobot boot camp cadets, it is similar in effect to push-ups in humans. While normally a relatively minor form of punishment, they can become a quite harsh form of training under a particularly stern instructor.
