Marc Perez (born August 8, 1956) is a French actor specialized in dubbing. He is the regular French voice of Kenneth Choi, Billy Ray Cyrus, and Joe Lo Truglio.
He is very active in animation series and videogames dubs, being for example the voice of Luigi in the Cars saga, Flintheart Glomgold in DuckTales, Onaconda Farr in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Wynnchel in the Wreck-It Ralph films, and Zenyatta in Overwatch.
He also voiced a lot of different characters in the DC Comics productions, including the Riddler in various animated films.

Sometimes Skids and Mudflap switch from one voice to another in two successive phrases, sometimes they both have the same voice, but we can see that the initial idea was to have Levy on Skids and Perez on Mudflap.
