Through the days after the discovery and subsequent Seibertron forum chatter, he coined the term on December 11th 2010 (the term was used exclusively on Seibertron.com, so don't worry if you haven't ever heard it in use) to connote the hunting of blind-packed UK Mini-cons in the hope of finding variants for one's own collection or to sell the figures found to an overseas collector. To this end a "wasper" is someone who hunts for these figures.
