Notes
[edit]- The Autotroopers first appeared officially in The Complete AllSpark Almanac, canonizing a piece of fanart done by Derrick J. Wyatt in 2012. We don't know that they're called "Autotroopers", though. "Deceptitroopers" doesn't have the same ring to it.
- They share a body type with Starscream, like a lot of Seekers over the years, and more specifically have drill-topped helmets like Animated Ramjet. Unlike their version of Starscream, the Autotroopers retain their arm mounted blasters on their character model. As mass-produced guys that look like Animated Starscream, they might be a reference to Starscream's clones (though it's Prowl that has the clone army in this continiuty).
- Unlike the heroic Autobot Autotroopers, they do not possess a special badge-like insignia.
