A T-cog malfunction traps Miko inside Bulkhead.

Summary

[edit]

The Autobots and their human helpers are fleeing a fleet of Air Vehicons when the GroundBridge appears. To save time, Bulkhead transforms with Miko inside, but the Autobot is shot midtransformation, and he ends up at the Autobot base in a freakish half-transformation he can't get out of. Worst of all, Miko is stuck inside! Ratchet diagnoses the problem to lie in Bulkhead's T-cog, which was damaged by the shot and will be difficult to repair. Jack worries about getting Miko out and Bulkhead orders the others to cut her out of him, but Optimus Prime makes it clear that it will be a last resort, as Bulkhead would not survive the operation.

Ratchet becomes hard at work on Bulkhead's T-cog, despairing when his tools can't fix it. In frustration, he smashes it with his fist, which miraculously fixes the mechanism. The fixed T-cog is inserted back into Bulkhead, allowing him to transform back into full robot mode and expel Miko. Bulkhead sadly thinks that Miko won't hang out with him anymore, but Miko is undeterred by the entire experience, saying it was the closest they'd ever been.
